How do I know a handlebar fits my bike?
Every handlebar listing shows the models and years it fits. If you're not sure, email info@factory47.com or call (562) 693-5219 with your bike's year and model, and we'll check fitment for you before you order.
Will I need longer cables, wiring or a new clutch cable?
It depends on your bike's year and model, which bar you pick and its rise. There are too many combinations to list here. Email info@factory47.com with your bike's year and model and the bar you're looking at, and we'll tell you exactly what you need before you order.
Pre-wired handlebars
What is pre-wiring?
We run your wiring through the handlebar and install the throttle-by-wire before it ships, so the bar arrives ready to bolt on. It's an add-on to a Factory 47 Cycles handlebar in the same order. Pre-wire orders placed without a Factory 47 Cycles handlebar are cancelled and refunded.
Which bikes can be pre-wired?
2016–2023 Baggers and 2024-and-newer Touring models. Please put your bike's year, make and model in the order notes at checkout.
Can I get pre-wiring with heated grips?
On 2024-and-newer bikes, yes. On 2016–2023 bikes, no. Pre-wiring for those years doesn't work with heated grips.
How long does pre-wiring take?
Pre-wired bars need an extra 3–5 business days before they ship.
Can I return a pre-wired bar?
No. Pre-wired handlebars and the pre-wire service can't be returned or exchanged. Please check fitment with us before you order.
Shipping & pickup
When will my order ship?
If it's in stock and you order by 1:00 PM Pacific on a business day, it ships the same day. Orders after that, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day. Pre-wired bars add 3–5 business days.
How much is shipping?
Small parts and accessories (grips, levers, pegs, mirrors, covers and hardware) ship for a flat $9.99 anywhere in the contiguous U.S. Handlebars, exhaust and other larger items are priced at checkout by weight and destination. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on how far you are from Whittier, CA. Your tracking number will show the FedEx delivery estimate once the order ships.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. FedEx doesn't deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, by FedEx to select countries. Rates are shown at checkout, and you pay any duties when it's delivered.
Why did my order arrive in two boxes?
Our apparel partner prints and ships apparel separately, so it arrives with its own tracking number.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is free at our Whittier shop, 8825 Calmada Ave, Whittier, CA 90605. We'll call or email you when it's ready. Showroom hours are Tuesday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Can I come by the shop?
Yes, we're a walk-in shop as well as an online store. Come by during showroom hours.
Returns
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be uninstalled, unused and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Start every return in our returns center with your order number and email. If you're local, you can also return in person at our Whittier shop during showroom hours.
What can't be returned?
Sale and final-sale items, gift cards, Rockford Fosgate audio, pre-wired handlebars and the pre-wire service, electrical parts, wires and cable kits (including CAN-Bus harnesses and throttle-by-wire), exhaust (fishtails, mufflers), engine parts and oil, helmets, gloves, apparel, and display handlebars.
How do I get my money back?
You can choose a refund, store credit or an exchange for a different size, fitment or finish. Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. The prepaid return label is deducted from your refund unless you bought return coverage or the item arrived damaged or wrong.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Report it through the returns center or email info@factory47.com with photos.
Warranty
Do your products have a warranty?
Factory 47 Cycles-made products have a six-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, for the original buyer. Other brands we sell are covered by their own manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty page for the full terms and how to make a claim.
