Shipping policy

When your order ships

We ship Monday through Friday (no weekends or major holidays). In-stock orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Pre-wired handlebars

Pre-wiring adds 3–5 business days before your order ships. Pre-wiring is an add-on and must be ordered together with a Factory 47 handlebar.

Shipping rates (United States)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items, weight and destination. Most orders ship FedEx. Many smaller parts and accessories ship for a flat $9.99 within the contiguous U.S. Alaska and Hawaii orders are calculated at checkout.

Apparel

Factory 47 shirts, hoodies and hats are printed and shipped separately by our apparel partner. If your order includes apparel and parts, they will arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.

Local pickup

Choose free local pickup at checkout at 8825 Calmada Ave, Whittier, CA 90605. We'll call or email you when your order is ready. Pickup is available during showroom hours: Tuesday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (closed Sunday and Monday).

International shipping

We ship FedEx to select countries; rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are not included in your order total and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, start a request in our returns center or email info@factory47.com and we'll make it right.
