OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your Factory 47 Cycles product as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your motorcycle accessory to good use sooner. Factory 47 ships via Fed Ex. We ship all handlebars and crash bars Fed Ex GROUND only, all small or medium items ship Fed Ex FLAT RATE EXPRESS only. Upon request, Factory 47 Cycles can ship via UPS or USPS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges; shipping prices are calculated based on location and proximity to our warehouse. Shipping will be added to order total upon checkout.

Orders that are in stock will ship out within 2 business days from our shipping facility in Pico Rivera California, unless specifically stated.


SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

 

  1. 1.      DELIVERY:
    1. a.      If an order has 9 items or less, 1-3 handlebars/crash bars will be packaged together in one box and will be charged at Fedex Ground rate per box
    2. b.      If an order is between 10-14 items, that order will be put into 1 Fedex Freight Crate and will be charged at a rate of $100
    3. c.       If quantity is 15 or greater, items will be packaged in a Fedex Freight Box and there will be no shipping charge
    4. d.      All small to medium size items are shipped Fed Ex 2day express flat rate

Also please note that all Factory 47 Cycles products are shipped in boxes with our logo written on all sides of the box.

SHIPPING TO A PO OR APO BOX

We will not ship to a PO or APO box. Please call our customer service number at (562) 693-5219 to get further information.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx Economy and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to any country in the world Fed Ex International Economy. To get a quote just enter your address on our website.
